These families schedule private visits with Santa to ensure an accessible experience. We appreciate your patience and sensitivity as we make the season bright for all.

On public days, wait times may vary, and we reserve the right to close the line before the posted end time based on crowd size, wait time, weather, staffing, and other operating conditions. We encourage families to arrive at least 45 minutes before closing, but please note that even with early arrival, visits cannot be guaranteed. Hours are subject to change.
